Weekend and evening appointments are available, either at my office or a location of your choosing. Professional services are available at an hourly rate, or for a flat or contingency fee depending on the nature of the case.

About the Practice..
I have been engaged in the practice of law since 1986. In that time I have handled a wide variety of commercial and real estate matters for clients. I have been actively involved in the purchase and sale of businesses; the acquisition, sale and/or development of commercial and residential property; and the formation of many new businesses, including corporations and limited liability companies. I have experience negotiating, drafting and enforcing sales and service contracts, leases, employment agreements, and a variety of other commercial documents. I have provided advice on an ongoing basis to business clients on such diverse legal issues as employment law, hazardous waste/environmental contamination and trademarks. I also have experience and continue to practice in the fields of estate planning, probate, civil litigation, municipal and criminal law.
